【摘要】 国际海运供应链作为一个复杂的网络组织,为全球产业链提供运输服务,对全球化、世界经济一体化起到推进作用,但自然灾害频发、疫情冲击、政治环境不稳定等使得国际海运供应链网络更加脆弱,供应链中断发生的可能性显著增加。因此,对国际海运供应链风险、脆弱性、韧性进行研究至关重要。文章对国内外有关国际海运供应链风险、脆弱性、韧性的文献进行梳理和评述,指出目前研究中存在的问题,并对未来发展方向进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 International Maritime Supply Chain(IMSC) as a complex network organization, for the global industrial chain to provide transport services, globalization, the world economic integration to play a role in promoting, but natural disasters occur frequently, epidemic impacts, the political environment is unstable and so on make the international maritime supply chain network more fragile, supply chain However, frequent natural disasters, epidemic impacts and unstable political environment have made the international maritime supply chain network more fragile and the possibility of supply chain disruption has increased significantly, affecting the safe and smooth operation of the supply chain. Therefore, it is crucial to study the risk, vulnerability and resilience of international maritime supply chains. The paper compiles and reviews the domestic and international literature on international maritime supply chain risk, vulnerability and resilience, points out the problems in the current research, and looks forward to the future development direction.更多还原
