【摘要】 技术是科技创新的关键要素,对其充分认识和有效组织是技术功效矩阵构建、技术生命周期判断、颠覆性技术识别等分析工作的前提和基础。本文从技术功能角度探索技术域的构建问题,既有助于提升相关分析应用的实际效果,也是推动知识图谱面向科技创新深化发展的新尝试。本文在厘清技术功能和技术域的基本认识的基础上,阐述了技术域构建的主要流程以及基于预训练模型和层次聚类的主要构建方法,并以信息与知识传播研究领域部分论文题名数据为研究对象,进行了技术域构建实证研究。提出了面向技术功能的技术域自动构建方法,分析了自动构建的可行性并进行了实现,为技术实体融入知识图谱工作落地和进一步应用提供了支撑。

【Abstract】 Technologies is a key essential for scientific and technological innovations. A comprehensive understanding and effective organization of technologies is the premise and foundation of intelligence analysis such as the technology-effect matrix construction, technology life cycle judgment, and disruptive technology identification and so on. This paper explores the technology domain construction problem from the aspect of technical function, which is not only helpful to improve the practical effect of the application of related analysis, but also a new attempt to promote the development of knowledge graph for scientific and technological innovations. On the basis of clarifying the basic understanding of technical function and technology domain, this paper puts forward the main process of the construction of the technology domain and the main construction methods based on the pre training model and hierarchical clustering, and conducts an empirical study of the technology domain with papers in the field of information and knowledge dissemination domain as an example. This paper proposes a method of technology domain construction oriented to technical function, and analyzes the feasibility of automatic construction and implements it, which would provide support for the implementation of technology knowledge organization and further applications.
