【摘要】 某油田开发模式为早期注水开发,保证注水水质对提升开发效果至关重要。该油田配备一套生产污水系统,负责处理油田自产水和上游油田部分生产水,处理合格后回注地层,受流程调控、精细化操作程度不高等因素的影响,生产水悬浮物含量存在偶尔超标现象。通过调整一级分离器水室液位、提高生产污水系统各设备底部排污频率、增加污水罐反洗水的静置时间、细化生产污水系统非正常工况的操作程序等一系列工艺措施,有效保证了生产水悬浮物含量100%合格,为油田高产稳产奠定了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development mode of an oilfield is early water injection development,so it is very important to ensure the injected water quality to improve the development effect. The oilfield is equipped with a set of production wastewater system,which is responsible for treating the self-produced water of the oilfield and part of the production water of the upstream oilfield,and the treated wastewater is reinjected into the formation. Due to the influence of process control and low degree of fine operation,the content of suspended solids in production water occasionally exceeded the standard. Through a series of measures,such as adjusting the liquid level of the water chamber of the primary separator,increasing the frequency of wastewater discharge at the bottom of each equipment in the production wastewater system,increasing the standing time of the backwash water in the wastewater tank,and refining the operation procedures of the production wastewater system under abnormal working conditions,the content of suspended solids in the production water is effectively guaranteed to be 100% qualified,which lays a solid foundation for the high and stable production of the oilfield.更多还原
