超小转弯半径紧凑型TBM滚刀配置及刀圈优化研究
Research on the Configuration and Ring Optimization of Compact TBM Hobs with Ultra Small Turning Radius
【摘要】 抽水蓄能电站排水系统多为地下永久性排水廊道,排水廊道洞径小、洞线长、多处转弯且存在施工进度慢、风险高等问题,文登电站率先使用了超小转弯半径紧凑型TBM进行排水廊道施工,TBM掘进过程中,滚刀的配置和磨损速率无法参考常规TBM。通过分析TBM滚刀的破岩机理,开展滚刀运动学特性、受力特征的研究,深入研究滚刀的破坏规律;针对超小转弯半径TBM,通过对滚刀结构、滚刀布置位置计算分析,研究滚刀的选材及布置;针对TBM试用时滚刀磨损过快及刀圈出现异常损坏问题,对刀圈进行了优化,研发出偏刃刀圈,解决了硬岩小转弯掘进时刀具偏载磨损过快及损坏问题。实践表明,采取这些技术,确保了工程质量,提高了施工效率,相关经验值得借鉴。
【Abstract】 The drainage systems of pumped storage power stations are mostly underground permanent drainage corridors, with small tunnel diameters, long tunnel lines, multiple turns, and slow construction progress and high risks. Wendeng Power Station was the first to use compact TBM with ultra small turning radii for drainage corridor construction. During TBM excavation, the configuration and wear rate of rollers cannot refer to conventional TBM. By analyzing the rock breaking mechanism of TBM hobs, research was conducted on the kinematic and stress characteristics of hobs, and in-depth research was performed on the failure law of hobs; for the ultra small turning radius TBM, the material selection and arrangement of the hob were studied by calculating and analyzing the structure and arrangement position of the hob; in response to the problem of rapid wear of the rolling cutter and abnormal damage to the cutting ring during TBM trial, the cutting ring was optimized and a biased cutting ring was developed to solve the problem of rapid wear and damage of the cutting tool during hard rock small turning excavation. Practice has shown that adopting these technologies has ensured project quality and improved construction efficiency, and relevant experience is worth learning from.
