【Abstract】 In the government’s macro-regulation and control,most private enterprises in Wenzhou in take active steps to effectively tackle the financial crisis.Though this is well prepared for seizing the internationalization development the opportunity,it will gie rise to furtherproblems.So the internationalization of the private enterprises in Wenzhou must solve the economy to run problem of medium deep administrative levels in the post-crisis era.It’s the only way to avoid the impact of financial crisis,maintaining sustainable development of the private enterprises.is being hit by the crisis.更多还原
