速度向量成像技术早期评价2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉硬化的研究
Evaluation of the Common Carotid Artery Elasticity of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes by Using Velocity Vector Imaging
【摘要】 目的:运用速度向量成像技术(velocity vector imaging,VVI)探讨2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉管壁弹性的差异。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉无斑块患者40例作为研究组,健康志愿者40例作为对照组。应用常规超声检查内中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)、收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI),应用VVI测量颈总动脉管壁长轴方向上和短轴前、内、后、外对应点的收缩期峰值速度(velocity of systolic maximum,Vsm)、收缩期峰值应变(strain of systolic maximum,Ssm)及收缩期峰值应变率(strain rate of systolic maximum,SRsm),并进行比较。结果:研究组、对照组PSV、RI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组和对照组IMT,长轴Vsm、Ssm、SRsm和短轴各对应点Vsm、Ssm、SRsm比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VVI技术可用于检测2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化早期颈动脉弹性的改变。
【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the elasticity difference of common carotid artery arteriosclerosis in type 2 diabetes patients by using velocity vector imaging( VVI). Methods: There were 40 patients with type 2 diabetes without plaque in study group and 40healthy volunteers in control group. Peak systolic velocity( PSV),resistance index( RI),intima-media thickness( IMT) were measured by the normal high-frequency ultrasound. Velocity of systolic maximum( Vsm),strain of systolic maximum( Ssm),and strain rate of systolic maximum( SRsm) of the longitude and transverse section in common carotid artery were measured by VVI. Results: PSV,RI had no significant differences in 2 groups( P > 0. 05). IMT of common carotid artery,Vsm,Ssm and SRsm of long axis and Vsm,Ssm and SRsm of shot axis at corresponding point had significant differences in 2 groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:VVI can be used to evaluate the elasticity of common carotid artery in early stage of arteriosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes.
