天然气湿式螺杆压缩机喷水特性研究
Study on Water Injection Characteristics of Natural Gas Wet Screw Compressor
【摘要】 采用ASPEN HYSYS软件对国外某油气田天然气处理厂原油负压稳定单元进行模拟,研究了喷水温度、喷水量、压缩机进气温度及压缩机排气压力等因素对天然气处理厂中湿式螺杆压缩机喷水特性的影响。研究结果表明,压缩喷水过程中,第一阶段汽化潜热提供的单位喷水量降温效果明显高于第二阶段的传质吸热喷水单位喷水量降温效果;喷水温度60℃时的喷水量大约为10℃喷水量的3倍,对于环境温度较高且水资源匮乏地区,可考虑增设水冷机组;降低进气温度,并根据进气组成控制排气压力,有利于减小喷水量。
【Abstract】 The ASPEN HYSYS software was used to simulate the crude oil negative pressure stabilization unit in a foreign natural gas central production facility(CPF). The effects of water injection temperature,water injection volume,compressor inlet temperature,and compressor outlet pressure on the screw compressor water injection characteristics in a natural gas CPF were studied. The results show that the cooling effect per unit of injection water supplied by the latent heat of vaporization in the first stage is obviously higher than that of mass transfer in the second stage. When the water temperature is 60 ℃,the water injection volume is about 3times that of 10 ℃. For areas with high ambient temperature and lack of water resources,water cooling units can be added. Reducing the inlet temperature and controlling the outlet pressure according to the feed gas composition is beneficial to reduce the injection water volume.
