【摘要】 随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展和壮大,高校实验室安全问题逐渐凸显出来,引起国家教育行政部门和媒体的广泛关注。以国家法律、法规为准绳,以行业标准、规范为指导,借鉴安全生产标准化和EHS管理的成功经验,从组织机构与责任体系、管理规章与应急预案、基础设施与安全设备、日常管理与风险控制、职业健康与环境保护、安全教育与人员培训等6个方面,为高校实验室建设、运行、管理以及实验操作等建立起比较详细、明确的安全工作基本规范,较好地解决了实验室安全工作抓什么和怎么抓的问题,指导高校做好实验室安全工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continued development and expansion of higher education in China,laboratory safety issues stand out gradually,causing widespread concern in the national administrative departments of education and the media.Based on state laws and regulations as the critera,to be guided by industry standards,drawing on the success of work safety standardization and EHS management experience,a more detailed,specific basic norm for laboratory safety for construction,operation and management of laboratory in colleges and universities,as well as experiment operations is built within 6 aspects such as organization and responsibility system,management regulations and emergency plans,infrastructure and safety equipment,day-to-day management and risk control,occupational health and environmental protection,safety education and training.These basic norms will guide to solve the problems of what is and how to do the work of laboratory safety in colleges and universities.更多还原
