聚丙烯树脂VOCs溯源及分析研究

【摘要】 采用顶空-气质联用方法,研究了聚丙烯(PP)树脂中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的种类和含量,通过研究工业PP装置不同取样点PP的VOCs变化规律,确定生产工艺参数对VOCs指标的影响。通过蒸汽脱除措施,从源头控制PP中VOCs的释放,降低产品气味。实验结果表明,PP装置通过工艺参数调整,采用蒸汽加热法脱除VOCs,生产的车用PP树脂总VOCs含量降至10 mg/kg以下。

【Abstract】 The varieties and contents of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in polypropylene(PP resin were studied by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. By studying the variation of VOCs in PP at different sampling sites of industrial PP plant,the influence of process parameters on VOCs data was determined. The release of VOCs in PP was controlled,and the odor of PP products was reduced by steam removal method. The experimental results show that the content of total VOCs in PP resin is reduced to less than 10 mg/kg by adjusting the process parameters and using steam heating method.
