装载机的电动化匹配设计及动力性经济性仿真
Motorized Matching Design of Loader and Simulation of Its Power and Economy
【摘要】 针对某型号传统装载机进行电动化改造使其成为纯电动装载机,并在Cruise仿真软件中建立仿真模型,验证纯电动装载机的动力性和经济性。在Cruise中搭建传统装载机模型并与已知实验数据进行比较得到较为精准模型,在此基础上经过电动化匹配计算并搭建纯电动装载机模型。依据装载机的作业特点和运行工况特征设计了控制策略,并在Matlab/Simulink中建立控制策略模型与Cruise模型进行联合仿真。仿真结果显示,改造后的纯电动装载机在车速、牵引力、爬坡度等动力性指标方面达到了装载机的要求、而且能耗减小约21.5%。
【Abstract】 The electrification transformation of a certain type of traditional loader is made into a pure electric loader, and a simulation model is established in Cruise simulation software to verify the power and economy of the pure electric loader. A traditional loader model is built in Cruise and compared with known experimental data to obtain a more accurate model. Based on this, a pure electric loader model is calculated and calculated based on electrification matching. The control strategy is designed according to the operating characteristics and operating conditions of the loader, and the control strategy model and Cruise model are established in Matlab/Simulink for joint simulation. The simulation results show that the retrofitted pure electric loader meets the requirements of the loader in terms of vehicle speed, traction, gradient and other dynamic indicators, and reduces energy consumption.
