基于MES的生产与管控系统设计

【摘要】 针对装备制造业智能化工业数据未充分挖掘、技术创新体系不健全等实际问题,设计开发了基于MES的生产与管控系统。该系统使用智能制造单元平台,通过工业以太网对设备间的数据进行交换,利用MES采集设备、刀具、工件的信息和状态,对整个工艺流程进行实时分析决策,实现“设备自动化+生产精益化+管理信息化+人员高效化”的智能控制;从而展现智能制造自动化、数字化、网络化,有效助推工业企业的数字化转型发展。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the practical problems in equipment manufacturing industry, such as insufficient mining of industrial data and imperfect technological innovation system, this paper designed and developed a production and control system based on MES. The system uses intelligent manufacturing unit platform, through industrial Ethernet to exchange data between equipment, using MES to collect equipment, tool, workpiece information and status, real-time analysis and decision-making of the whole process, to achieve “equipment automation+lean production+management information +efficient personnel” intelligent control; in order to show intelligent manufacturing automation, digitization, networking, effectively boost the digital transformation and development of industrial enterprises.
