不同条件下霜层生长特性的实验研究
Experimental study on frost growth characteristics under different conditions
【摘要】 针对设备冷壁面与湿空气接触会发生结霜现象,导致设备使用性能降低的问题,对不同条件下的霜层生长的影响规律展开研究。通过实验研究了变温和恒温冷壁面温度、环境温度与霜层生长过程和结霜质量之间的关系。结果表明:在冰颗粒形成期,变温冷壁面结霜为凝结过程,恒温冷壁面结霜为凝华过程,在结霜过程后期,由于变温冷壁面温度已降至低温,会伴随凝华成霜,凝结成霜与凝华成霜并不是独立出现的;变温冷壁面温度降低越快,恒温冷壁面温度越低,对结霜越有利;环境温度在26℃以下时,温度越高,结霜效果越好,而处于30℃左右时则会抑制霜枝顶部生长。因此,抑制霜层生长的研究应该关注这些因素的影响。
【Abstract】 In view of the performance reduction problem resulted from the frosting when equipment cooling surface is exposed to wet air, the study aims to reveal the general rule which governs the frost layer growth under different conditions. Experiment was conducted to study the effect of frost growth process and frosting quality exerted by cold wall temperature in varying and constant temeprature situation, as well as the environment temperature. The results show that: In the formation stage of ice particles, the frost on the varying temperature wall is a condensation process, and the frost on the constant temperature wall is a sublimation process. In the late stage of the frost process, as the temperature on the varying temperature wall has dropped to low point, there will be accompanied by sublimation, and the condensation to frosting and sublimation to frosting do not appear independently. The faster the temperature decreases, the lower the temperature of the constant temperature cold wall decreases, which is more favorable to frost formation. When the ambient temperature is below 26 ℃, the higher the temperature is, the better the frost formation effect is. When the ambient temperature is around 30 ℃, the top growth of frost branch is inhibited. Therefore, studies on inhibiting frost growth can focus on the influence of these factors.
