中草药保健速溶茶加工工艺研究
Study on Chinese herbal medicine healthy instant tea
      
      【摘要】 以几种中草药浸提液为主要原料,辅以功能性甜味剂、酸味剂等调配,采用先进的固体饮料工艺,制成了低热量、具有保健作用、饮用方便的速溶茶饮料,既迎合人们追求健康饮食的保健需要,又对开发中草药资源的应用探索了新的途径。
【Abstract】 Take several kind of Chinese medicine leaching solutions as the primary ingredient,mixing by the functionality sweetening agent and the sour odor medicinal preparation,uses the advanced solid drinks craft,made the low quantity of heat,to have the health function,to drink the convenience the instant tea drink.Both caters to the people to pursue the healthy diet the health need,and to develops the Chinese medicine resources the application exploration way.
