【摘要】 为评价过氧化值快速检测试剂盒的适用性，在同一温度操作条件下，运用国标法与快检试剂盒对过氧化值质控样品和食用油样品进行过氧化值测定，根据测定结果对3家过氧化值快检试剂盒的准确度进行评价，并记录不同方法所用时间。结果表明：试剂盒1、试剂盒2、试剂盒3的准确度分别为50%、20%、100%，时间节约率分别为6.71%、71.1%、88.6%。本研究对快速检测评价工作有一定的助推作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the applicability of the peroxide value rapid detection kit, under the same temperature and operating conditions, the national standard method and rapid detection kit were used to determine the peroxide value of the peroxide value quality control samples and edible oil samples. Based on the measurement results, the accuracy of three peroxide value rapid detection kits was evaluated, and the time used for different methods was recorded. The results showed that the accuracy of kit 1, kit 2, and kit 3 were 50%, 20%, and 100%, respectively, and the time saving rates were 6.71%,71.1%, and 88.6%, respectively. This study has a certain promoting effect on rapid detection and evaluation work.更多还原
