【Abstract】 With the development of logistics industry in Shaanxi rapidly,the logistics personnel ’s demand is increasing,how to cultivate the logistics personnel according to the the requirements of regional economic development is the focus of development of Shaanxi higher vocational education.In this paper,taking Xi’an Railway vocational & technical institute as an example,combined with Shaanxi logistics development,analyzes the current situation and problems of local logistics personnel training,construct new ideas of training higher vocational logistics talents based on regional economic development,in order to improve the service efficiency of local talent in higher vocational logistics training.更多还原
