【Abstract】 Under the homestead economy, webcast sales have become a new form of online economy. At present, there are many defects in the supervision and management of online live broadcast food in China, the main manifestation is that the supervision of live broadcasting platforms is not enough and the corresponding legal system is not perfect. Legislative departments, live broadcasting platforms, regulatory authorities, operators and consumers and other social entities should make concerted efforts to respond.
