显微外科技术联合透明质酸钠治疗手指屈伸肌腱损伤临床观察以及对患者睡眠质量的影响
Microsurgery Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Flexor and Extensor Tendon Injury of Fingers
【摘要】 目的:研究与分析针对手指屈伸肌腱损伤的患者使用显微外科技术联合透明质酸钠治疗后的临床效果以及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院急诊外科收治的手指屈伸肌腱损伤患者200例作为研究对象,按照住院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者实施显微外科技术联合可吸收止血膜进行治疗,观察组患者实施显微外科技术联合透明质酸钠治疗,分析和比较2组患者治疗后的临床情况和睡眠质量。结果:2组患者治疗6个月后,2组患者的伤口均恢复良好,且观察组患者的关节活动度(219.78±28.35)显著优于对照组患者的关节活动度(189.43±25.12),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对2组患者进行检测发现,观察组患者肌腱滑动距离(13.67±3.17) mm和回声厚度(3.12±0.41) mm显著优于对照组患者肌腱滑动距离(9.57±2.02) mm和回声厚度(4.48±0.53) mm,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的睡眠质量为(6.25±2.52)分,显著优于对照组患者的睡眠质量的(14.38±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:针对手指屈伸肌腱损伤的患者使用显微外科技术联合透明质酸钠治疗,不仅可以减少术后肌腱粘连的发生概率,而且对提高患者伤口的愈合和改善患者的睡眠质量有着积极作用,因此显微外科技术联合透明质酸钠治疗方法值得在手指屈伸肌腱损伤治疗中推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study and analyze the effect of microsurgery combined with sodium hyaluronate on the quality of sleep in patients with flexor and extensor tendon injury. Methods: From October 2016 to December 2018,200 patients with flexor and extensor tendon injury in our emergency department were selected as the study objects. According to the sequence of their hospitalization,they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated by microsurgery combined with absorbable hemostasis membrane,and the observation group was treated by microsurgery combined with sodium hyaluronate Treatment,analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment of the clinical situation and sleep quality. Results: Six months after the treatment,the wounds of the two groups recovered well,and the joint activity of the observation group( 219. 78 ±28. 35) was significantly better than that of the control group( 189. 43 ± 25. 12),the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05); the detection of the two groups showed that the tendon sliding distance and echo of the observation group( 13. 67 ± 3. 17)mm The thickness of( 3. 12 ± 0. 41) mm was significantly better than that of the control group( 9. 57 ± 2. 02) mm and the echo thickness( 4. 48 ± 0. 53) mm,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the sleep quality of the observation group( 6. 25 ±2. 52) was significantly better than that of the control group( 14. 38 ± 2. 37),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Microsurgery combined with sodium hyaluronate can not only reduce the incidence of tendon adhesion,but also improve the wound healing and sleep quality of patients. Therefore,the combination of microsurgery and sodium hyaluronate is worth promoting in the treatment of flexor and extensor tendon injury Wide and application.
