LY16型循环水养殖系统在养殖废水水质调控再循环中的应用

【摘要】 以夹岩水利枢纽工程鱼类增殖放流站LY16型循环水养殖系统为研究对象,采用转盘式微孔过滤器、集成式生物过滤器和旋涡式增氧机等设备,结合工程需要,对循环水养殖系统的设计原理、设备构成和数据处理进行解析,以期实现鱼苗培育、人工繁殖及孵化达到回用水水质条件,符合养殖鱼类生长繁殖需求。结果表明:悬浮物平均去除率达到68.09%,氨氮和硝氮平均去除率达到75.02%和77.04%,pH值偏弱碱性,总大肠菌群平均去除率达到92.64%,溶氧量平均增加率为35.5%,水温不高于22℃。处理后循环水各指标均符合执行标准。

【Abstract】 Taking LY16 type circulating aquaculture system of Jiayan Hydro-complex Project as the research object,the design principle,equipment composition and data processing of the recirculating aquaculture system were analyzed by using rotary microporous filter,integrated biological filter,vortex aerator and other equipment in combination with the needs of the actual project,so as to realize the up-to-standard quality of recycled water which meet the requirement of the fish growth and propagation for fry cultivation,artificial propagation and hatching. The results showed that:the average removal rate of suspended solids by the system reached 68.09%,the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen reached 75.02% and 77.04%,the pH was slightly alkaline,the average removal rate of total coliform group reached 92.64%,the average increase rate of dissolved oxygen was 35.5%,and the water temperature was not higher than 22℃. All indexes of the treated circulating water meet the executive standard.
