【摘要】 目的观察健脾活血散浊汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将102例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组51例。对照组给予血脂康胶囊口服,治疗组予健脾活血散浊汤口服。两组疗程均为8周,观察临床疗效,比较血脂相关指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、动脉硬化指数(AI)及血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度)的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为94.12%和78.43%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及AI水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及AI水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组全血黏度(高切、低切)及血浆黏度水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,全血黏度(高切、低切)及血浆黏度水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾活血散浊汤治疗高脂血症疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Jianpi Huoxue Sanzhuo Decoction"in treating hyperlipemia. Methods One hundred and two cases with hyperlipemia were randomized into the treatment group and control group,with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with"Xuezhikang Capsules"orally,and the treatment group was treated with"Jianpi Huoxue Sanzhuo Decoction"orally,with the course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy,changes of blood lipid-related indicators( TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),atherogenic index( AI) and hemorheological indicators( blood viscosity and plasma viscosity) were observed.
