【Abstract】 In Capital,the materials quoted with the highest frequency,longest length,and highest comment are Dr.Hunter’s "epoch-making report".And as Marx praised doctors,scholars,priests,baronages,officials and even some merchants,Dr.Hunter may be regarded as an exemplar of such intellectual group.Therefore,Marx concluded that in Britain it was possible to realize social reforms through the "peaceful and legal means".And Marxism’s spread among "the ranks of cultured people" owes much to existence of Dr.hunters.更多还原
