【摘要】 供应商管理是供应链管理的重要组成部分,结合电力行业特征,设计出电力企业的供应商综合评价体系,并为顺应国家电网公司提出的全面绿色生产要求,将产品的绿色化程度纳入评价供应商的指标体系。根据评价指标体系,运用模糊多层次综合评价方法,评判出电力企业所应选择的最合适的供应商,最后通过算例分析论证了评价指标体系的可行性,为电力企业决策者在进行供应商选择时提供了决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supplier management is an important part of the supply chain management,combined with the characteristics of the electric power industry,designed to power enterprise supplier evaluation system and to comply with the State Grid Corporation of comprehensive green production requirements,green degree evaluation supply the supplier of the index system. According to the evaluation index system using fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation method to judge the power enterprises should choose the most appropriate supplier,and finally by a numerical example demonstrates the feasibility of the evaluation index system suppliers,for the electric power business decision makers during the choice to provide a basis for decision making.更多还原
