加氢站火灾风险分析及火焰探测覆盖率优化
Fire Risk Analysis and Flame Detection Coverage Optimization of Hydrogen Refueling Station
【摘要】 针对加氢站紫外火焰探测器覆盖率不足、布置位置与角度不合理等问题,采用空间法对其探测覆盖率进行定量分析与优化。空间法主要包括3个步骤:一是火灾易发目标区域辨识与风险层划分;二是火焰探测器布点与几何覆盖率求解;三是探测器布局优化与角度调整。结合国内典型加氢站氢气泄漏火灾易发目标区域数据库,对现有紫外火焰探测器空间覆盖率定量计算,对探测器布点位置与探测角度进行优化,各目标位置的火焰覆盖率均可达到80%以上。
【Abstract】 In view of the insufficient coverage, unreasonable layout position and angle of ultraviolet flame detector in hydrogenation station, the detection coverage was quantitatively analyzed and optimized by space method. The spatial method mainly includes three steps: first, the identification of fire prone target areas and the division of risk layers; the second was to solve the distribution of flame detectors and geometric coverage; third, detector layout optimization and angle adjustment. Combined with the database of hydrogen leakage fire prone target areas in typical domestic hydrogen refueling stations, the space coverage of existing ultraviolet flame detectors was quantitatively calculated, and the detector layout position and detection angle were optimized. The flame coverage of each target position can reach more than 80%.
