密切割体积压裂技术在郑庄水平井的应用
Application of Tight Cutting Volume Fracturing Technology in Zhengzhuang Horizontal Wells
【摘要】 郑庄区块煤层瓦斯含量普遍较高,布置在向斜轴部的水平井通常采用连续油管带底封拖动分段压裂技术,产气效果不如其他区域。为解决向斜轴部水平井的低产问题,引入密切割体积压裂技术进行试验。选择Z-L02和Z-L58井进行试验,结果表明在地质条件相近的情况下,采用密切割体积压裂技术的Z-L58井产量是采用连续油管带底封拖动分段压裂技术Z-L02井的1.6倍。研究结果为解决郑庄区块向斜轴部水平井低产问题提供了依据和指导。
【Abstract】 The coal seam gas content in Zhengzhuang block is generally high, and the horizontal wells arranged in syncline shaft usually adopt the staged fracturing technology with coiled tubing and bottom seal, and the gas production effect is not as good as that in other areas.In order to solve the problem of low production of horizontal wells in syncline axis, the close cut volume fracturing technology was introduced for testing.Tests were conducted in wells Z-L02 and Z-L58,and the results showed that under similar geological conditions, the output of well z-l58 with close cut volume fracturing technology was 1.6 times that of well Z-L02 with coiled tubing with bottom seal and drag staged fracturing technology.The results provide the basis and guidance for solving the problem of low production of horizontal wells along syncline axis in Zhengzhuang block.
