【摘要】 目的分析老年高血压患者的发病特征和并发症,为指导老年高血压的临床合理综合治疗提供依据。方法选择年龄≥70岁的老年高血压患者110例,分析其症状、体征、血压特点、常见并发症、常用药物种类及不良反应。结果老年高血压患者中,症状体征多不典型,并发症多;常用药物以钙拮抗剂或以钙拮抗剂为主的联合用药。药物不良反应以低血压、低灌注、心率加快、心力衰竭加重等最常见。最常见的前5位并发症为大动脉粥样硬化症、缺血性脑病、脑梗死、糖尿病、高血压性心脏病。结论老年高血压患者依从性差,症状体征多不典型,易合并严重并发症,健康指导、合理的药物选择对改善长期预后非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the evidence for the rational comprehensive treatment of hypertension by analyzing its pathogenic features and complications in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods One hundred and ten elderly hypertensive patients with their age ≥70 years were included in this study.Their symptoms and signs,blood pressure,common complications,commonly used drugs and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The symptoms and signs were atypical in most of the hypertensive patients.The commonly used drugs were calcium antagonists or calcium antagonists in combination with other drugs.The common adverse reactions of drugs were low blood pressure,hypoperfusion,increased heart rate,and heart failure.The most common complications were conducting large artery atherosclerosis,ischemic encephalopathy,cerebral infarction,diabetes mellitus,and hypertensive heart disease.Conclusion The compliance of elderly hypertensive patients is poor.The symptoms and signs are atypical and severe complications are easy to occur in most of hypertensive patients.Direction for health and rational use of drugs are very important to improve their long-term prognosis.更多还原
