【摘要】 本研究对20只家兔的颞下颌关节进行了醋酸强的松龙封闭实验,以观察强的松龙对颞下颌关节的作用。结果发现,强的松龙主要作用于关节纤维软骨,表现为软骨变薄、变性或丧失。其中封闭1—2次者,未见严重软骨损害,而且很快修复。封闭4次者,可致软骨明显破坏,并产生不完全修复。因此,作者认为,临床上作关节内强的松龙封闭时,不应连续封闭超过3次。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty rabbits were studied by injected prednisolone into right temporomandibular joints(TMJ) in order to observe the effect of the drug on TMJ. The results showed that prednisolone affects the articular cartilage Chiefly, such as making them thin, degenerate or destroy. The destruction is very severe after the TMJ was injected 4 times, but if the TMJ was injected only 1-2 times it had light degeneration and repared soon. The authors think that the time of injecting prednisolone into patient’ TMJ clincally should not be more than 3.更多还原
