【摘要】 目的探讨葛根素注射液对急性冠脉综合症患者的同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法用高效液相色谱法和荧光检测仪测定急性冠脉综合征患者空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的影响,观察2周后血浆同型半胱氨酸的变化。结果在常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素注射液与未加葛根素注射液相比同型半胱氨酸水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素注射液可降低冠心病患者血浆中的同型半胱氨酸水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effects of puerarin injection on Homocysteine of the patient with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Homocysteine levels were measured in the patient with acute coronary syndrome when they had no used puerarin injection and observed change of 2 weeks after treatment by HPLC.Results The homocysteine of the patient with acute coronary syndrome in the normal regulation treatment adding puerarin injection were remarkably lower than without adding puerarin injection(P<0.05) Conclusion With the normal regulation treatment adding puerarin injection can decrease homocysteine levels of the patient with acute coronary syndrome.更多还原
