中职教师职业倦怠的研究现状
Research Status of Vocational School Teachers’ Job Burnout
【摘要】 本文梳理了近年来有关中职教师职业倦怠的研究现状,确认了中职教师存在中等程度的职业倦怠,总结了情绪智力、工作满意度、组织承诺和心理资本等因素对中职教师职业倦怠的影响,建议在今后的工作中可以从测量统计工具、中介效应等作用机理角度加强对中职教师群体职业倦怠的探索。
【Abstract】 This article summarizes the current situation of research on vocational school teachers’ job burnout in recent years. Firstly, it is confirmed that secondary vocational school teachers have a moderate degree of job burnout; then it summarizes the effects of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and psychological capital on vocational school teachers’ job burnout; finally, it is suggested that in future work, the exploration of occupational burnout among secondary vocational school teachers should been strengthened from the perspective of measuring statistical tools, mediating effects, and other mechanisms.
