来华留学生教育管理中的文化融合与身份认同研究
Research on Cultural Integration and Identity in the Educational Management of International Students in China
【摘要】 面向来华留学生日渐增多的时代背景,来华留学生教育管理中的文化融合与身份认同研究对于提升来华留学生学习质量、推动中国走向世界具有重要现实意义。在分析来华留学生教育管理中文化融合与身份认同研究的概念及其价值意蕴基础上,深刻分析来华留学生教育管理中文化融合与身份认同研究遇到的语言交流困难、教育管理方式欠缺可行性、来华留学生出现“文化休克”现象以及来华留学生文化活动较少四大现实阻碍。在此基础上,提出六大优化路径,分别是加强留学生汉语培训与支持、加强制度体系顶层设计、构建国际交流模式、建立留学生心理咨询中心、构筑留学生社团和推进来华留学生实习基地建设,以期为加速来华留学生教育管理中文化融合与身份认同进程提供一定理论指导。
【Abstract】 In the context of the increasing number of international students in China, the research on cultural integration and identity in the education management of international students in China is of great practical significance to improve the learning quality of international students in China and promote China to the world.Based on the analysis of the concept and value implication of the research on the Chinese Chinese integration and identity of the education management of international students in China, this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties of language communication, the lack of feasibility of education management, the phenomenon of "cultural shock" of international students, and the lack of cultural activities of international students in China. On this basis, six optimization paths are proposed, namely, strengthening the Chinese language training and support for international students, strengthening the top-level design of the institutional system, building an international exchange model, establishing a psychological counseling center for international students, building an international student association, and promoting the construction of an internship base for international students in China, in order to provide some theoretical guidance for accelerating the integration of Chinese and identity in the education management of international students in China.
