具有航空航天特色的卓越工程师人才培养模式探索
Exploration of training mode of outstanding engineers with aerospace characteristics
【摘要】 研究生教育是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,在培养创新人才、提高创新能力等方面具有重要作用。在新工科背景下,卓越工程师培养已成为研究生教育的核心议题。北京航空航天学扎实推进卓越工程师产教联合培养专项计划,遵循工程实践与创新规律,培养富有航天精神的卓越工程师人才。本文以北京航空航天大学仪器科学与光电工程学院为例,阐述在秉持陀螺精神下,探索具有航空航天人才特色的卓越工程师培养模式方面取得的进展。
【Abstract】 Postgraduate education is an important part of the national innovation system. It has a great effect on cultivating innovative talents and improving innovation ability. Under the new engineering discipline background, the training of outstanding engineers has become the core issue of postgraduate education. Therefore,Beihang University has put forward a special program for the joint training of outstanding engineers, which aims to cultivate outstanding engineers with the spirit of space. We will take the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering at Beihang University as an example to illustrate the progress made in exploring the cultivation mode of outstanding engineers with aerospace talent characteristics, adhering to the spirit of gyroscope.
