【Abstract】 Postgraduate education is an important part of the national innovation system. It has a great effect on cultivating innovative talents and improving innovation ability. Under the new engineering discipline background, the training of outstanding engineers has become the core issue of postgraduate education. Therefore,Beihang University has put forward a special program for the joint training of outstanding engineers, which aims to cultivate outstanding engineers with the spirit of space. We will take the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering at Beihang University as an example to illustrate the progress made in exploring the cultivation mode of outstanding engineers with aerospace talent characteristics, adhering to the spirit of gyroscope.更多还原
