【摘要】 对高校不适应教育改革与发展的体育教学与群体活动进行分析,通过文献法、实证研究法,对构建高校体育课内外"一体化"教学管理模式进行了研究与实践,我们在有机融合高校体育课课堂教学与课外活动内容的基础上,通过校内体育协会或体育俱乐部等组织形式,运用"学分制"富有弹性的学习方式,配备完善考核与评价体系等,提升高校体育功能,有效调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,充分发挥教师的专长优势,帮助学生养成体育锻炼习惯,体现了高校体育以人为本的教育理念,有助于高校体育总体目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyies those P.E.classes and group exercises which are unsuitable to the educational reform and development,and makes research on integrated In-and-out P.E.class pattern reference study and evidence research method.By the combination of the classroom instruction and extracurriculum activities and setting up sports associations and clubs.With the flexible learning model of "credit system" and perfect testing and evaluation system,we can greatly promote the function of P.E.classes in university and develop students’ enthusiasm and initiative on study.also we can make full use of teachers’ special expertise and help cultivate students’ sport habits.更多还原
