【摘要】 在数字经济快速崛起的时代背景下，数字贸易将会为贸易强国建设提供新动能与新优势。通过对数字贸易与贸易强国建设方面的国内外相关文献进行综述，阐述了数字贸易推动贸易强国建设的理论逻辑，以广东省和苏州自贸片区为案例分析了我国数字贸易推动贸易强国建设的发展现状与实践经验，论述了数字贸易推动贸易强国建设的现实挑战，提出了鼓励人工智能、大数据、区块链等贸易技术快速发展，尽快突破“卡脖子”等关键难题、推动贸易技术与不同产业深度融合，加快弥补城乡之间的数字鸿沟、各省市的跨境电商综合试验区、自贸试验区等高水平开放区域积极探索数字贸易的集成创新机制，并建立试点—推广地的差异化评价体系等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the rapid rise of the digital economy, digital trade will provide new impetus and advantages for the construction of a strong trading nation. By reviewing domestic and foreign relevant literature on digital trade and the construction of a strong trading nation, this paper expounds the theoretical logic of digital trade promoting the construction of a strong trading nation. Taking Guangdong Province and the Suzhou Free Trade Zone as cases, it analyzes the current development situation and practical experience of China’s digital trade promoting the construction of a strong trading nation and discusses the corresponding practical challenges. And it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as encouraging the rapid development of trade technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain, breaking through key problems such as "stuck neck" as soon as possible, promoting the deep integration of trade technology and different industries, and accelerating the bridging of the digital divide between urban and rural areas. It also suggests that high-level open areas such as cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones and free trade pilot zones in various provinces and cities actively explore the integrated innovation mechanism of digital trade, and establish a differentiated evaluation system for pilot projects and promotion areas.更多还原
