浙江省水利科技项目研究现状与热点——基于Citespace的可视化分析
Research Status and Hot Topics of Water Conservancy Science and Technology Projects in Zhejiang Province: Visual Analysis based on Citespace
【摘要】 浙江省水利科技项目是围绕浙江省水利科技发展规划、引导水利科技活动走向、解决重大水利关键技术问题、调配科技资源的重要方式。基于citespace可视化分析软件,对2015—2019年立项的水利科技项目的研究热点和研究前沿进行可视化分析,得出该阶段水利科技项目关注的热点,主要涉及GIS技术、水利工程标准化管理、坝体混凝土、水资源决策管理及大数据应用等5个主题,其中BIM、物联网等信息技术是现阶段研究的前沿。对照期间浙江省水行政主管部门颁发的政策制度及浙江省水利科技“十三五”规划,水利科技项目的实施与浙江省水利重点工作基本吻合,但研究过程往往滞后于政策的出台,高质量的科研成果较少。建议加强项目管理,做好顶层设计,加强科技攻关,争取科技投入,重视成果评价。
【Abstract】 Zhejiang Water Conservancy Science and Technology Projects is an important way to focus on the development plan of water conservancy science and technology in Zhejiang Province,guide the trend of related activities,solve major key technical problems,and allocate resources. Based on the citespace visual analysis software, the research hot topics and research frontiers of the water conservancy science and technology projects established in 2015—2019 are visually analyzed.It is concluded that the hot topics of the water conservancy science and technology projects at this stage mainly involve five topics,including GIS technology,standardized management of water conservancy projects,dam concrete,water resources decision management and big data application,among which information technology such as BIM and Internet of Things is the frontier of research at this stage. Compared with the policies issued by the Water Resources Department of Zhejiang Province during the period and the“13th Five-Year Plan”of water conservancy science and technology in Zhejiang Province,the implementation of water conservancy science and technology projects is basically consistent with the key work of water conservancy in Zhejiang Province,but the research process often lags behind the introduction of policies,and there are few high-quality scientific research results. It is suggested that efforts should be made to strengthen project management and top-level design,tackle difficulties in scientific and technological research,obtain more investment in science and technology and emphasize outcome evaluation.
