“互联网+”时代的电子化人力资源管理:理论演化与建构方向
Electronic Human Resource Management in Period of “Internet plus”: Theoretical Evolution and Construction Direction
【摘要】 作为互联网思维实践成果的"互联网+"激发了企业的管理变革,在无边界组织、跨界整合以及大数据的发展趋势下,形成了"互联网+人力资源管理"的管理思维,并推动了电子化人力资源管理的形成和发展。从电子化人力资源管理的理论演化过程来看,"互联网+"技术与人力资源管理的有效融合,需要在结合创新理论的同时考虑技术、管理、员工的多重作用。为此,电子化人力资源管理理论的建构应结合"互联网+"技术与"互联网+"思维,在"互联网+人力资源管理"技术的组织适应性、"互联网+"思维在组织和员工层次的匹配性等方向展开。
【Abstract】 As the practical achievements of internet thinking,"internet plus"has ignited a revolution in enterprise management,produced thinking of "internet plus human resource( HR) management"and facilitated the formation and development of e- HR management under the trend of boundless organization,crossover collaboration and big data. In view of e- HR management evolution,the effective integration of "internet plus"and HR management needs to combine innovation theories,while considering the multiple effects of technology,management and staffs. Thus,the construction of e- HR management should combine "internet plus"technology and "internet plus"thinking,while carrying out in the direction of organizational adaptability of "internet plus"HR management and matching the ability of "internet plus"thinking at the level of organization and staffs.
