石墨炉原子吸收法测定环境空气中的铅、镉
Determination on Elements of Pb and Cd in Atmosphere by GFAAS
【摘要】 采用硝酸浸泡法消解采样滤膜,用钯作为基体改进剂,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定环境空气样品中的铅、镉。在优化灰化温度和原子化温度的条件下,当采样体积为60m3时,方法的检出限为铅0.65×10-6mg/m3、镉0.07×10-6mg/m3,样品回收率为铅在97.1%~105.3%、镉在96.6%~101.5%之间。
【Abstract】 The paper determines elements of Pb and Cd in atmosphere samples by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) method, with HNO3 digestion as a preprocessing, the matrix modifier consisted of Pd. Under the optimal condition of ash temperature and atomization temperature, the sample volume of 60m3 , the detection limit is Pb 0.65×10 -6 mg/m3 and Cd 0.07×10 -6 mg/m3 , the recovery rate is between 97.1% ~105.3% for Pb and 96.6% ~101.5% for Cd.
