Fe3+、N共掺杂TiO2光催化剂研究进展
Development of photocatalyst of the TiO2 Co-doped with iron(Ⅲ) and nitrogen
【摘要】 TiO2是一种比较理想的光催化剂,但是较宽的禁带使其应用受到一定的限制,通过改性可以提高TiO2的光催化性能。Fe3+、N共掺杂是TiO2改性的方法之一。本文综述了国内外Fe3+、N共掺杂TiO2光催化剂的研究进展,分析了Fe3+、N共掺杂TiO2制备方法和掺杂机理。
【Abstract】 Titanium dioxide is an ideal photocatalysis,however,the applications in photocatalysis were limited because of its large bandgap,through doping TiO2 may improve its capability in photocatalysis.TiO2 co-doped with iron(Ⅲ) and nitrogen is a popular method.This paper reviews the development of photocatalyst of the TiO2 co-doped with iron(Ⅲ) and nitrogen,discusses the preparation methods and co-doping mechanism of the TiO2 co-doped with iron and nitrogen.
