玄武岩纤维对沙漠砂高强混凝土性能研究
Study on influence of basalt fiber on the performance of high-strength concrete with desert sand
【摘要】 通过正交试验,以粉煤灰掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量、沙漠砂替代率为变量,通过合理设计坍落度试验、力学强度试验,对比评价了粉煤灰掺量、沙漠砂替代率、纤维掺量对其工作性、力学性能的影响规律,得出基本最优组合为A2C2(粉煤灰掺量10%+沙漠砂替代率20%);在此基础上,研究玄武岩纤维(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)对沙漠砂高强混凝土抗裂性影响规律,研究结果表明:玄武岩纤维能够有效抑制混凝土早期开裂,当纤维掺量为1%时,抑制率高达为49.5%。并通过扫描电镜试验对玄武岩纤维混凝土的微观结构进行分析,结果表明:玄武岩纤维能够改善混凝土内部结构,提高混凝土的整体性和密实度,进而改善混凝土的宏观性能。最终推荐最佳配合比组合为A2B2C2(粉煤灰掺量10%+玄武岩纤维掺量1%+沙漠砂替代率20%)。
【Abstract】 Through orthogonal test,the effects of fly ash content,basalt fiber content and desert sand substitution rate on its workability and mechanical properties were compared and evaluated through reasonably designed slump test and mechanical strength test,taking fly ash content,basalt fiber content and desert sand substitution rate as variables.The basic optimal combination is A2C2(fly ash content 10%+desert sand replacement rate 20%).On this basis,the influence of basalt fiber(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%)on the crack resistance of desert sand high-strength concrete is studied.The results show that basalt fiber can effectively inhibit the early cracking of concrete,and the inhibition rate is as high as 49.5% when the fiber content is 1%.The microstructure of basalt fiber concrete is analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that basalt fiber can improve the internal structure of concrete,improve the integrity and compactness of concrete,and then improve the macroscopic properties of concrete.Finally,the recommended optimal ratio combination is A2B2C2(fly ash content 10%+basalt fiber content 1%+desert sand replacement rate 20%).
