【Abstract】 Cross subsidization issues in the current system of power sales price are " wide in range,and large in quantity". It is not only widespread among different types of users and among the same type of users,but also high in subsidies,so it is not conducive to the adjustment of the sales price structure in China,and hinders the advance of the electric power market construction in China.
