【摘要】 目的探讨p16蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在疣状胃炎(VG)组织中的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的关系。方法选取2013年1~9月我院胃镜室收集并经胃镜确诊为VG的胃黏膜活检标本60例和正常胃黏膜活检标本30例,采用免疫组化SP法检测VG组织中p16、VEGF的表达,并判断有无Hp感染。采用Spearman相关性分析方法分析p16、VEGF在VG组织中的表达与Hp的相关性。结果 VG的Hp感染率明显高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);VG组织中p16的表达阳性率明显低于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05),而VG组织中VEGF的表达阳性率明显高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);Hp感染与VG组织中p16、VEGF的表达均呈正相关(rp16=0.261,r VEGF=0.268,P均<0.05)。结论 p16、VEGF的表达及Hp感染均参与了VG的形成发展过程,p16、VEGF表达与Hp感染起协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of p16 protein, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in verrucous gastritis(VG) tissues and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection. Methods Sixty gastric mucosal biopsy specimens from patients diagnosed as VG by gastroscopy and 30 normal gastric mucosal biopsy specimens were collected, which were tested for the expression of p16, VEGF by immunohisto-chemical SP method and detected for Hp infection. The relationship between the expression of p16, VEGF in VG tissues and Hp infection was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results The rate of Hp infection in VG tissues was significantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05). The rate of positive expression of p16 in VG tissues was significantly lower than that of normal gastric mucosa tissues(P<0.05), and the rate of positive expression of VEGF in VG tissues was significantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa tissues(P<0.05). The expression of p16, VEGF was positively correlated with Hp infection in VG tissues(rp16=0.261, r VEGF =0.268, P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of p16, VEGF and Hp infection is involved in the process of formation and development of VG, with synergistic action.更多还原
