拜新同对高血压患者血压变异性及微量尿蛋白的影响
Effects of nifedipine controlled release tablet on blood pressure variability and microalbum urine of patients with primary hypertension
【摘要】 目的观察拜新同对高血压患者血压变异性(BPV)及微量尿蛋白的影响。方法 60例原发性高血压患者随机分为非药物治疗组及拜新同治疗组,用药的第2周末做动态血压监测及检测24h微量尿蛋白(MAU),观察BPV及对肾功能的影响。结果与非药物治疗组相比,拜新同治疗组的收缩压变异性下降(P<0.05),舒张压变异性改变不明显(P>0.05),24hMAU明显降低(P<0.05)。24h收缩压变异性、白昼收缩压变异性与24hMAU含量均呈显著正相关。BPV与高血压性肾脏损害密切相关。结论拜新同可以降低原发性高血压患者的收缩压变异性,且可以降低蛋白尿的水平,具有肾脏保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet on blood pressure variability(BPV)and microalbum urine (MAU) of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 60 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: group 1: no medicine was given; group 2: nifedipine controlled release tablet was given at the dose of 30mg/d. After 2 weeks, the BPV of all the patients was measured by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, 24-hour MAU were examined. Results Compared with group 1, the blood variability of systolic blood pressure was decreased significantly (P<0.05)and the diastolic blood pressure didn’t change, while the 24-hour MAU was decreased (P<0.05), the indexes of BPV of 24-hour systolic blood pressure and day-time systolic blood pressure were closely correlated to 24-hour MAU. The BPV of hypertensive patients was closely correlated to hypertensive renal damage. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablet can decrease the variability of systolic blood pressure of patients with primary hypertension, and also 24-hour MAU, which may protect the function of kidney.
