【摘要】 建设中华民族现代文明是贯彻落实习近平文化思想的内在要求。中国共产党领导是中华民族现代文明历史性出场的根本原因，也是中华民族现代文明的内在规定。这一内在规定集中表现为：一是定性。从文化救国、文化立国到文化兴国、文化强国，来自人民、为了人民、造福人民始终是中华民族现代文明的根本价值立场。二是定位。中华民族现代文明属于社会主义文明范畴，实现了对资本主义文明的扬弃和超越，建设中华民族现代文明是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容。三是定法。建设中华民族现代文明应强化思想引领、坚定文化自信、秉持开放包容、坚持守正创新，不断为强国建设、民族复兴厚植文化根基、注入精神动能。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is inherently required that we should build modern Chinese national civilization according to Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the motivation for modern Chinese national civilization to display its presence and also the internal regulations for it, which are mainly shown in three ways.The first way is nature.The fundamental value standpoint for modern Chinese national civilization has always been national cultural well-being, that is, from culture-based national rescue and establishment to culture-based national revival and prosperity, and people′s well-being, that is, people-oriented contributions, work and welfare.The second way is position.Modern Chinese national civilization belongs to socialist civilization, transcending capitalist civilization, and constitutes an important part of socialist mental civilization development.The third way is discipline.To build modern Chinese national civilization we should strengthen ideological guide and self-confidence in Chinese culture, maintain our policy of open-up and inclusiveness, and keep innovating while sticking to our excellent tradition so that we can contribute more to national strength and revival in terms of cultural root and spirit force.更多还原
