沿海地区新能源电池材料发展环境影响研究

【摘要】 以某锂离子电池正极材料生产项目为研究对象,以海洋潮流数值模拟为水动力条件,对锂离子电池行高盐度业废水排放对海洋环境的扰动情况进行预测分析。预测结果表明,硫酸盐、氯化物在排污口附近的扩散与周围海洋洋流的流向基本一致,扩散浓度和扩散范围均较小。硫酸盐扩散对区域控制点的浓度贡献值在0.09~2.34 mg·L-1范围,扰动率在0.0027%~0.071%,氯化物扩散对区域控制点的浓度贡献值在0.02~0.55 mg·L-1范围,扰动率在0.00011%~0.0032%,对控制点的扰动甚微。

【Abstract】 The disturbance of lithium-ion battery high salinity industrial wastewater discharge to the marine environment for the lithium-ion battery cathode material production project was predicted by the numerical simulation of ocean tidal current.The prediction results showed that the diffusion of sulfate and chloride near the sewage outlet was basically consistent with the flow direction of the surrounding ocean current, the diffusion concentration and diffusion range was small.The concentration contribution value of sulfate diffusion to the regional control point was in the range of 0.09~2.34 mg·L-1, the disturbance rate was 0.0027%~0.071%.The concentration contribution value of chloride diffusion to the regional control point was in the range of 0.02~0.55 mg·L-1, and the disturbance rate was 0.00011%~0.0032%.
