低阶煤低温干馏工艺及兰炭应用的研究
Research on the Low Temperature Carbonization of Low Rank Coal and Application of Semi-coke
【摘要】 煤炭的分级分质综合利用提高了能源行业的高效发展。特别是低阶煤的分级分质利用,延长了能源产业链,提高了产品的深加工利用途径。从炭化炉的结构及特点、原煤筛分与兰炭筛分及煤气净化与焦油氨水分离等对兰炭厂的工艺进行了分析,讨论了低阶煤炭化过程的机理,并对兰炭的现有应用领域及新型应用领域进行了分析讨论,最后对兰炭厂的研究方向进行了展望与分析。
【Abstract】 The comprehensive utilization of coal classification and quality improves the efficient development of energy industry. In particular, the classification and quality utilization of low rank coal has extended the energy industry chain and improved the way of deep processing and utilization of products. The technology of semi-coke plant from the structure and characteristics of carbonization furnace, raw coal screening and semi-coke screening, gas purification and tar ammonia water separation was analyzed, the mechanism of low rank coal process was discussed, the existing application fields and new application fields of semi-coke were analyzed, and the research direction of semi-coke plant was prospected and analyzed.
