【摘要】 社会责任投资是一种投资理念或行为,起源于20世纪20年代的美国。截至2016年,欧美发达国家的SRI规模高达20万亿美元,占全球市场的91%。其中,投资策略以投资筛选、ESG整合、股东决议或行动等策略为主,多样化趋势显著。然而,目前我国的SRI市场规模非常小,相关基金数量不足,尚处于起步阶段,具有较大的发展空间。从欧美发达国家的经验来看,我国的机构投资者、立法机构与政府应就SRI达成共识,夯实社会基础,各司其职,共同推进SRI发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Socially Responsible Investment is a kind of investment idea or behavior that originated in the United States in the 1920 s. As of 2016, the scale of SRI in European and American developed countries is as high as 20 trillion dollars, accounting for 91% of the global market. Among them, the investment strategy is based on investment screening, ESG integration, shareholder resolution or action, and the diversification trend is significant. However, at present, China’s SRI market is very small, and the number of related funds is insufficient. It is still in its infancy and has a large space for development. Learning from the experience of European and American developed countries, corporate investor, the legislature and government should reach an agreement on SRI, consolidate the social foundation and perform their respective duties to promote the development of SRI.更多还原
