【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道双极等离子低位开窗引流术治疗输尿管囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾分析我院从2009年2月~2012年12月采用经尿道双极等离子低位开窗引流术治疗29例输尿管囊肿患者的临床资料。结果 29例均采用B超、CTU检查明确诊断,属于原位输尿管囊肿,29例均采用经尿道双极等离子低位开窗引流术治疗,均一次手术治疗成功,术后随访3~18个月,原有临床症状均消失,原有肾积水消失或缓解,无一例发生输尿管反流或输尿管口狭窄,取得令人满意的临床治疗效果。结论经尿道双极等离子低位开窗引流术治疗原位输尿管囊肿是一种安全、有效、简单的方法,手术并发症少,创伤小,术后恢复快,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of low fenestration of transurethral plasma kinetic incision in the treatment of 29 cases of ureterocele. Methods Clinical data of 29 cases of ureterocele treated via low fenestration of transurethral plasma kinetic incision from 2009 February to 2012 December in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The diagnosis of all the cases was confirmed by ultrasonography and CTU. 29 cases of insitu ureterocele were successfully treated with the operation. All the 29 cases were cured. The clinical symptoms disappeared,the hydronephrosis disappeared or alleviated and no vesicoureteric reflux and ureterostenosis were found after 3-18 month’s follow-up in all the cases. It had the satisfactory effectiveness. Conclusion The low fenestration of transurethral plasma kinetic incision in the treatment of in-situ ureterocele is safe,effective and simple. The operation with fewer complications,less trauma,faster postoperative recovery is worthy of clinical promotion。更多还原
