基于机器视觉的实验室智能消毒机器人的设计
Design of Intelligent Laboratory Disinfection Robot Based on Machine Vision
【摘要】 设计一款基于视觉识别技术实现路径规划的实验室智能消毒机器人。其凭借灵活的麦克纳姆轮底盘,以摄像头识别为主导,与漫反射传感器相结合的避障系统,搭配水泵式消毒液自动喷洒装置。能够在复杂的实验室环境中安全、精确、高效地进行消毒工作。同时,实验室负责人能够使用配套的微信小程序远程操控消毒机器人,检查消毒情况与进程,实现人机交互。
【Abstract】 This paper designs a laboratory intelligent disinfection robot based on visual recognition technology to achieve path planning.It relies on a flexible Mecanum wheel chassis. The obstacle avoidance system is dominated by camera recognition and combined with diffuse reflection sensor.With water pump type disinfectant automatic spraying device, it can perform disinfection work safely, accurately and efficiently in complex laboratory environment.At the same time, the head of the laboratory can use the supporting WeChat applets to remotely control the disinfection robot, check the disinfection situation and progress, and realize human-computer interaction.
