【摘要】 《岳麓书院藏秦简（柒）》中出现的“冗爵”是指秦官府征发冗者时约定冗作期限，冗日期满后授予的爵位。“冗爵”制度较早创设于统一战争中的秦王政时期，秦朝建立后一直沿用。秦代的“冗爵”与军功爵存在同样的效力，除授予方式不同外，其与军功爵并无差别，“冗爵”与军功爵的授予与管理，应属同一系统。秦代“冗爵”的授予以冗日期满为限，冗者若在冗日期限内犯罪，应视犯罪轻重程度，以及冗者身份是否转变成为刑徒来确定期满后是否授爵。岳麓秦简所见“冗爵”制度应是秦为新地或它郡募集人手而出台的特殊举措，其与传世文献中秦募民、迁民或入粟拜爵等特殊授爵政策的出台或具相似性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rongjue( 冗爵) recorded in the Qin bamboo slips collected in Yuelu Academy refers to the rank title granted to people called rong, meaning redundant, after they fulfilled their assigned duty without offensive activities. Started before the Qing unification, this system was in effect all through the Qin regime. Rongjue brought to its holder benefits that was the same as the rank titles granted based upon military contributions. As a matter of fact, the two types of titles were administrated in the same system. Particularly, this system was designed to recruit people from the new tertiary and other prefectures.更多还原
