蕨菜人工有性繁育研究
Bracken artificial breeding of sexual research
【摘要】 为了保护野生资源,寻求快速人工繁育技术,采用互比法3次重复,通过人工控制光照、温度、水分和酸碱度等生态因子,试验观测对蕨菜孢子萌发、原叶体出现、配子体形成孢子体及其形成孢子体率的影响,试验结果表明光照对蕨菜孢子繁育影响不明显,对形成率影响差异明显组间达到22%;温度影响没有明显差异;水分影响表现在形成时间组间相差10d,形成率组间相差14%;酸碱度影响明显,组间萌发相差17d,形成率相差6%。
【Abstract】 In order to protect wildlife resources and to seek rapid artificial breeding technology,I use each other than to repeat 3rd Act,passed control of artificial light,temperature,water and ecological factors such as pH,the test of fern spores germinate observation,prothallus,gamete formation and its spores spore-forming rate。Test results show that the light of fern spores breeding obvious impact on the formation rate significantly affect the differences between the groups reached 22%;No significant difference in temperature;The impact of water in the formation of the time difference between the groups 10d,the formation rate of 14% of the difference between the groups;Significantly affect the value,the difference between the groups germination 17d,the formation of the difference between the rate of 6%.
