【摘要】 膝骨性关节炎是临床骨科中常见病种，多见于中老年女性。近年来，此病患病率逐年上升。随着膝骨性关节炎加重，患者会逐渐出现运动功能障碍，行动不便，严重影响日常生活，增加家庭及社会负担。临床常规西药治疗效果不佳，火针治疗此病疗效逐渐为临床关注。笔者研究文献发现，火针作为针灸领域的分支，在治疗膝骨性关节炎确有独特优势。故此整理近十年来火针治疗膝骨性关节炎临床文献，分析其治疗方法和具体效果，以期为临床提供更优治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease in clinical orthopedics, which is more common in middle-aged and elderly women. In recent years, the prevalence of this disease has increased year by year. With the gradual aggravation of the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, patients can have motor dysfunction, mobility inconvenience, and even affect the daily life of patients, increasing the burden of family and society. Clinically, conventional western medicine treatment is not effective, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be considered. After studying the relevant literature, the author found that fire needling, as a branch of acupuncture and moxibustion, has unique advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. This article summarized a series of literatures on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with fire needling in the past ten years, and analyzed its methods and effects, in order to provide a better treatment plan for clinical practice.更多还原
