【摘要】 本文介绍了我国公安交通指挥系统标准化工作的发展历程,描述了标准化发展现状。具体列出我国目前已经制、修订完成的四十余项公安交通指挥系统标准和正在致力开展的标准化工作,说明目前已经在建设方面制定了较为完整的系列标准。同时也指出存在尚未形成标准体系、系统应用和评价方面的标准少、数据规范标准偏少等问题。通过对存在问题的分析,提出了下一步标准化工作的重点是构建公安交通指挥系统标准体系和重点标准的制、修订工作。其中,标准制定重点工作在于制定系统应用和评价标准,集成指挥平台功能和数据规范系列标准,信息采集和服务的产品和方法标准;同时,随着产品、技术和方法的进步,逐步修订已经制定的四十余项标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development process about the public security traffic control system and describes the development status about the standard standardization.Specifically,it lists more than forty completed and revised standardizations in public security traffic command system of china and the work being carried out in the public security traffic control system,demonstrating that system of standardizations have been totally completed in the construction aspect.At the same time,it also points out several problems,such as the standardization system has not completed,the standardization in system application and evaluation is little,and in the data criterion is little neither.Through analyzing the existing problems,it proposes that future work in the standardization will be focused on building the standardization system in the public security command,the construction and the revision in standardization.Among them,the important work in construction of the standardization is to develop the criteria in several aspects,such as the systematic application and evaluation,the integrated command platform functionality,the data criterion,the information collection methods,and the service on the product.Through the development in the products,the technologies and the methods on standardization,the existing forty criteria will be gradually revised.更多还原
