【Abstract】 Combined with the large-scale trunk line renewal and renovation projects of the railway administrations at the present stage,this paper expounds the characteristics of existing railway renewal and reformation projects taking the renewal and reformation engineering of electrified catenary as an example,analyzes the shortages of the basic quota applied to the renewal and reformation projects,suggests that the basic quota should not be used directly in the existing railway renewal and reformation projects,need to fully consider the safety requirements and construction conditions under the new situation,so as to complement and perfect the quota.更多还原
